By using the SwingWise mobile application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please cease use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

SwingWise is an AI-powered coach providing:

• Automated golf swing analysis focused on body mechanics.
• Personalized training recommendations via Coach Mode.
• Subscription-based access to advanced features.

3. User Content & Privacy

You retain ownership of your videos. By uploading content, you grant SwingWise a license to process and analyze the video to provide feedback. Our AI analyzes physical movements (specifically head and hand positioning) to generate suggestions.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features require a subscription processed through Apple In-App Purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your App Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to reverse engineer the AI analysis technology or bypass usage limits.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SwingWise is an informational tool. AI-generated feedback is not a guarantee of improvement. We are not liable for any injuries sustained while performing recommended drills. The Service is provided “As Is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all personal data linked to your identity will be removed from our active databases.
